Denholme Bears was started by myself Philip Knowles and my wife Brenda in 2005.
I had bought my wife lot's of bears and decided to have a go at making my own bears and that was that.
We are based at Upholland, West Lancashire.
We produce high quality collectors bears made from the finest English and German mohair and alpaca, All the bears are hand made and fully jointed and weighted, they all come in a variety of colours and designs.
Every bear is unique and is made with great care and affection, as these are fine collectors bears and are made from 100% mohair.
They are not suitable for children under 14, however for the adult collectors out there, one of our fine bears would be the perfect addition to your hug.
If you can't find the bear the you want then you can commission a custom made bear to you own specification, or if you like a bear that is already adopted we can make you a bear to that design.
Every adopted bear comes in it's own box, complete with a blanket to keep it warm on it's journey to you, you'll also receive a full adoption certificate.
If you want to adopt a bear as a gift or just as a companion to hug whilst you watch TV then you need a Denholme bear.
